• Please allow 2 to 3 days for order handling, in addition to shipping time.

• Shipping times are based on working business days, from Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

• Prescription orders may require from one to two weeks of processing time, in addition to shipping time.​

  • Please allow for an additional 7-14 days of processing time for any custom purchases, as we cut and place Zeiss lenses into the frames you choose upon ordering. Please contact us if you have any questions.
     

Prescription Orders

• Currently, Zeiss prescription orders are only available in the USA.

• We do not ship prescription orders internationally.
   

Shipping Costs

• We offer free shipping in the USA.

• Transfer of Ownership and Risk - Domestic Shipments

  • For all sales within the USA, regardless of the buyer's location, ownership of the products (legal title) and risk will transfer to the buyer once the goods have been dispatched from the warehouse and full payment has been received.

  • Despite the transfer of ownership upon dispatch from our warehouse, we reserve the right to possession of the goods until all amounts owed to us by the buyer have been paid in full.
     

30-Day Returns

• NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM RX LENSES.

• 30 day returns on non-custom items so you can be sure you're happy with Zeiss lenses. 

• THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WITH RETURNS.
