Updated: Jul 25, 2020

To report an acute case of chemical burn successfully treated with cryo-preserved amniotic membrane (Prokera).

Importance of treating patient quickly and effectively with the latest technological advancements in medicine. With the use of the cryo-preserved amniotic membrane (Prokera), a patient has a chance to see again despite being splashed with acid to his right eye.
